Sydney is the Co-founder and Managing Director of This Ends Now. She is also a trainee solicitor for a maternity rights charity and, outside of her professional roles, she enjoys running, strength training, and is part of a feminist book club.

Holly is TEN’s Director of Fundraising and External Relations at This Ends Now and has been volunteering with TEN since April 2023, though it feels like much longer! Outside of TEN, you can find Holly on her sofa with her dog.

Gemma is TEN’s Director of Operations and has been with TEN since December 2023. In her spare time, she loves geeking out with tabletop games and crafts, and has an adorable cat named Cloud.

Lizzie is TEN's Press Officer and Public Relations Team Lead and has been with TEN since February 2024. Lizzie loves public relations so much she also does it as her day job, she also enjoys cross stitching and attempting to teach her cat Cloud tricks.

Scarlett has been a TEN social media content creator  since June 2023 and is currently the Podcast Team Lead. Outside of TEN, she loves to try new foods and go swimming in open water!

Lauren is a Fundraising Officer for TEN and has been part of the team since February 2024. She’s a massive swiftie and loves books, cinema, coffee & cocktails.

Emma is TEN’s Editorial and Copywriting Assistant and has been with the team since 2022. Outside of TEN, Emma loves reading anything and everything from Agatha Christie and psychological thrillers to contemporary and historical romances and enjoys trawling her neighbourhood charity shops.

Keely is TEN’s Website Officer and joined the team in July 2024. Outside of work, she loves walks with her little Pomeranian and is a classical soprano.

Georgia is TEN’s Senior Content Creator and has volunteered with the team since September 2023. Outside of TEN, she loves reading and is currently writing a crime novel!

Fabianne is one of TEN's podcast editors and has been with the team since May 2024. In her spare time, they like to travel, spend time with their cat and rage against the patriarchy.

Nikki is the Co-founder of This Ends Now. Nikki stepped back from actively volunteering with This Ends Now in April 2024 but remains a vital part of our story.
